• 5-7 years of experience in project management or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Proven ability to evaluate operational activities and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Experience with content/knowledge management, policy interpretation, and cross-team collaboration.
