Summary

We are seeking a data-driven digital marketing professional to lead and manage the top-of-funnel growth engine for a dynamic startup acquisition strategy. This role demands a resourceful operator who will oversee paid media campaigns, search engine optimization, AI-driven discoverability initiatives, and web conversion optimization to generate qualified momentum. The position requires close collaboration with content marketing teams and web operations to ensure digital surfaces are optimized, discoverable, and aligned with target audience needs.

The ideal candidate thrives in test-learn-iterate cycles, values measurable impact, and is excited about building a scalable acquisition engine. This role centers on running performance dashboards, adjusting paid media strategies across multiple platforms, maintaining technical SEO hygiene, partnering on landing-page optimization, and providing digital amplification support across various marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Linked In, X/Twitter, and You Tube to drive qualified traffic and conversions
  • Oversee technical SEO implementation including indexation, metadata, structured data, and schema markup to improve organic discoverability
  • Develop and execute AEO/GEO optimization strategies to enhance visibility in AI-driven search and generative engines
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing and experimentation on bids, audiences, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance metrics
  • Monitor and manage CPC, CPA, and CPQL targets while maintaining attribution integrity and funnel health
  • Collaborate with web operations teams to optimize landing pages, validate builds, refine headlines and CTAs, and maintain clean UTM parameters
  • Partner with content teams to provide actionable SEO and AEO briefs that align with search intent and audience needs
  • Work closely with marketing operations to maintain dashboards, attribution models, tag standards, and performance reporting
  • Publish Q&A packs and structured content for generative engines to maximize discoverability
  • Provide digital amplification support for account-based marketing, events, and partnership initiatives
  • Prepare weekly performance memos and monthly deep-dive analyses with data-driven recommendations
  • Maintain and update intent maps to guide content alignment and optimization strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on multichannel paid media management experience
  • Minimum 5 years of technical SEO implementation and optimization
  • Minimum 5 years of web conversion optimization and A/B testing experience
  • Demonstrated experience managing performance marketing budgets and KPIs
  • Background in startup environments or venture capital ecosystems preferred
  • Experience with AI-driven marketing optimization strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing required
  • Multichannel paid media management across major advertising platforms
  • Technical SEO expertise including structured data and schema implementation
  • AEO/GEO optimization for AI-driven search engines and generative platforms
  • Web conversion optimization and A/B testing methodologies
  • Performance analytics and data interpretation
  • Marketing attribution modeling and funnel analysis
