• Design, execute, and analyze large-scale surveys, experiments, and observational studies to gather actionable insights.
• Apply inferential statistical methods such as regression, hypothesis testing, and multivariate analysis to answer research questions.
• Develop sampling strategies, weighting schemes, and data quality checks to ensure statistical rigor.
• Analyze complex datasets and communicate findings clearly to cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Translate quantitative insights into practical recommendations for product, design, and strategy teams.

• Master's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, psychology, economics, data science, or sociology.
• 5-7 years of experience in quantitative analysis or research, preferably in product, UX, or applied research contexts.
• Strong foundation in statistical inference and experimental or quasi‑experimental methods.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as R or Python.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex analyses to non‑technical audiences.
