UX/UI Developer

$46 - $50/hr on W2

• Partner with designers and researchers to rapidly prototype AI-driven and agentic UX flows using tools like Figma, Lovable, and Copilot Studio.
• Build and iterate interactive prototypes suitable for research, demonstrations, and engineering handoff.
• Develop reusable internal UX tools such as Figma plugins and lightweight UX automation scripts or agents.
• Contribute to a shared internal Agentic UX Platform by documenting patterns, prototypes, and workflows.
• Document implementations and facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure reuse across the studio.

• Extensive experience in data-driven software design and development.
• Proficiency in building functional design prototypes and internal AI-powered tools.
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows and APIs, preferably Azure OpenAI.
• Strong collaboration skills with designers and researchers in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Work at the intersection of UX, AI, and intelligent agents, shaping innovative internal tools.
• Enjoy high autonomy and creative problem-solving opportunities.
• Contribute to internal UX tooling used across a major organization, making a tangible impact.
