We’re seeking a creative presentation designer who excels at translating complex scientific and engineering concepts into clear, compelling PowerPoint slides. This role partners closely with engineers and technical teams to craft visually engaging, brand‑consistent presentations that make technical content accessible and impactful.
This role requires regular onsite presence for co‑creation with engineers and designers (lab and office environments). Candidates must be able to work onsite in Redmond Washington and accommodate lab schedules and ad‑hoc working sessions.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and managers to design high‑impact presentations for events and ongoing needs.
- Participate in technical briefings and learning sessions to understand subject matter and ensure accuracy.
- Create visually appealing, brand‑aligned slides that communicate complex ideas clearly for diverse audiences.
- Provide ongoing PowerPoint support for special projects and high‑volume demands under tight timelines.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint;
Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred. - Demonstrated ability to craft technical or scientific presentations with clarity and visual appeal.
- Strong skill in distilling complex ideas for different audience levels.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment and turn presentations around quickly.
- Prior exposure to scientific, engineering, or technical communication is a plus.
Compensation range for position is $108,000 – $120,000 DOE.
