Sr Product Manager - Tech, Leo Biz Ops, Amazon Leo

Amazon Leo is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Leo will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.

The Product Manager - Technical (PM‑T) will define product vision, strategy, and requirements and build systems to support both consumer and enterprise customers. Responsibilities include catalog management, order management, broadband service provisioning, service lifecycle management, integrations into telecom customer systems, sales channel partners, and internal upstream and downstream systems across Leo eCommerce.

• Act as a business liaison, product and technology leader, and own delivery of systems across the end‑to‑end customer journey.
• Work closely with senior business and software engineering leaders and SMEs to understand requirements, conceptualize solutions, facilitate development, and deploy broadband customer onboarding and service activation capabilities.
• Own tangible goals and deliverables to enable system development and scalability, delivering the best customer experiences through service delivery.
• Communicate with VPs, author operation plans, business review documents, and provide updates to the broader Leo and Amazon teams.
• Lead large, global, and complex technology initiatives in a large business unit, working cross‑functionally with a number of business and technical teams.
• Think and move quickly, simplify processes, and continuously innovate.
• Use data and metrics to back assumptions and build business cases.
• Be a seasoned product leader with a demonstrated history of leading product strategy, technology solutions, data analytics, and customer experience.
• Lead large technical teams, thrive on ambiguity, and deliver large‑scale technology products.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and trade‑offs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive‑level prioritization and planning.

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Quick Sight, Quick View.
• Experience building and driving adoption of new tools.

Compensation:
Base pay ranges from $136,100/year to $235,200/year depending on geographic market location. Total compensation may include equity, sign‑on payments, and other benefits.
