We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Developer to join a specialized digital studio focused on the future of AI-driven internal tools. In this role, you will bridge the gap between design and engineering by building interactive, high-fidelity prototypes that utilize LLMs and agentic UX patterns. You will not only build prototypes for research but also develop the actual tools—like Figma plugins—that help other designers work more efficiently.

Salary: $45.00 - $54.50 per hour

Work Hours: 8am to 5pm

• Partner with designers and researchers to rapidly prototype agentic and AI‑powered UX flows (multi‑turn, reasoning, orchestration) using Figma, Copilot Studio, and internal sandboxes.
• Build and iterate interactive prototypes suitable for research, demos, and engineering handoff.
• Develop reusable internal UX tooling such as Figma plugins and lightweight UX automation scripts (design critique helpers, pattern suggestions, weekly update summaries).
• Maintain a shared internal Agentic UX space that centralizes patterns, reusable prototypes, and research insights.
• Contribute documentation and reusable assets to the shared Agentic UX Platform to ensure knowledge transfer.
• Follow security and compliance requirements for internal tooling and data handling.

• Strong experience in data‑driven software design and development
• Experience building functional design prototypes and internal AI‑powered tools
• Experience with AI‑assisted workflows and/or LLM APIs (Azure OpenAI preferred)
• Experience collaborating with designers and researchers in fast iteration cycles
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and documentation skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, HCI, or related field
• 8+ years experience in UI/UX engineering or UI/UX development

Bonus: Experience with Azure OpenAI, Figma plugin development, Copilot Studio, or AI‑powered rapid prototyping tools

Required:

Must be able to demonstrate 2‑3 coded projects involving AI or complex UX prototyping.
