This role supports Success Program by leading a POD of vendor Cloud Solution Architects. Responsibilities include delivery governance, quality assurance, technical oversight, workload planning, KPI tracking, customer engagement readiness, and escalations. The scope spans Azure, AI, Security, and Modern Work engagements, ensuring all delivery meets standards for technical depth, consistency, and operational compliance.

• Azure Dev Ops & Git Hub Power BI for reporting and analytics ITIL/Service Management tooling Automation tooling for dashboards and delivery workflows
• Azure Core Services (Compute, Networking, Storage, Identity)
• Azure AI & Cognitive Services Azure Security & Defender Suite Modern Work / M365

• Deep expertise in Azure architecture and cloud governance
• Experience leading delivery teams or multi-vendor environments; strong project/program management capabilities; proficiency in delivery lifecycle governance and SLAs
• Ability to audit, evaluate, and correct technical deliverables
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management
• Certifications:
  
  Azure Solutions Architect Expert + ITIL

• Strong communication with executive and technical stakeholders; leadership presence and ability to influence without authority; high accountability and structured operational thinking; problem‑solving under pressure
• Coaching and mentoring mindset; ability to manage distributed teams and time zones; customer‑centric attitude

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $65.00 - $70.00 /hour. As a non‑exempt position, this role will be eligible for overtime, at 1.5 times the base rate, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
