The ideal candidate will have the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), analyze data, identify trends, and resolve discrepancies to make informed decisions.

• Manage the process of checking and correcting data center assignments for a region or group of regions.
• Follow and enhance SOPs based on experience and unique cases.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and planning teams on assignments.
• Publish daily status reports to track progress.
• Escalate any blockers to assignments promptly.

• Experience:
  
  4-6 years in an operations role, preferably in supply chain.

  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel. Experience with macros is advantageous.
• Problem-Solving:
  Strong sense of ownership with a demonstrated ability to independently resolve issues.

Start your day by following SOPs to assign approximately 30 demand lines to the appropriate data centers, ensuring optimal capacity usage. Coordinate closely with engineering and planning teams to align on assignments and address any issues. By 3 p.m., publish a daily progress report summarizing completed work and highlighting any blockers. Continuously refine SOPs based on real-world cases and make process improvements to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in operations roles, especially in environments requiring structured processes and issue resolution. Strong skills in Excel, a proven ability to follow and improve SOPs, and a strong sense of ownership are essential. The ability to work independently, particularly when handling blockers or making judgment calls, is crucial.
