  5+ or more overall years of experience in the field.
• Degrees or certifications required:
  No degree is required to be eligible for this role, but certificates and trainings are highly preferred.

• Minimum 3 years experience with co-pilot studio and power platform
• Minimum 2 years of experience Technical architectural diagrams
• Minimum 3 years experience within in technical sales, consulting, or partner management roles working directly with partners.

• Provide deep technical coaching aiding solution and offering development
• Assess and validate partners' solution architecture
• Build capability to deliver against investments
• (Optimization Assessment, Briefings, Pilots, Adoption Accelerators, etc.)
• Assist tech and adoption challenges during first 3 solution deployments
• Resolve adoption technical blockers
• Support user enablement (A&CM) offering development & execution

• Security, governance, and data access Data Management
• Adoption & Change Management (i.e. Prosci) Business Process Transformation
• Extensibility / Development Skills
• Service Delivery Management Setting up and operating Center of Excellence

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $70.00 - $74.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full‑time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
