Roles and Responsibilities:

• Seeking a Front-End Design Developer.
• Design and develop presentation layer UI prototypes, synthesizing visual, motion, input, and interaction design across a diverse and evolving technology ecosystem.
• Contribute technical expertise throughout all stages of product design and development, including conceptual design, visual design language, motion personality, input language, UI platform, and tools maturity, prototyping, and production.
• Own quality standards, processes, schedules, costs, resources, training, and deliverables.
• Offer alternatives when technology constraints require design compromises.
• Help develop and refine UI pattern libraries and interaction guidelines.
• Utilize responsive design and emerging coding and design practices.
• Bring a multidisciplinary perspective to product design discussions.

Qualifications:

• Microsoft experience is strongly preferred, including experience with Microsoft (1st party) or comparable companies like Facebook, Google, or Amazon.
