Data Analyst

Experience & Skills

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with ad‑hoc or statistical data analysis using SAS or R, with the ability to interpret data, exercise judgement, and present analytical findings.
• Exposure to sentiment analysis, forecasting, and predictive analysis.
• 2+ years of strong SQL programming: mining large data sets from diverse sources, performing complex transformations, optimizing scripts, and designing architectures for large‑scale data mining.
• 1+ year experience with Power BI (Power View, Power Pivot, Data Models, DAX, etc.).
• Expertise in Excel, including creating accurate charts and graphs.
• 1+ year experience writing PowerPoint decks and synthesising insights.
• Excellent teamwork, positive attitude, and influence‑building skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Power Pivot and Excel‑based reporting.
• Experience with Big Data platforms (Cosmos, Hadoop, etc.).
• SQL BI experience with SSAS, cube development, SSRS, and SSIS.

• Experience with Visual Studio/TFS, Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with aggressive release schedules.
• Experience working within geographically‑dispersed and cross‑functional teams.
• Heavy customer‑facing experience; adept at Agile collaboration with customers and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
