Resident Care Coordinator – Large Senior Living Community, Redmond, WA

Stellar Senior Living is a premier assisted living and memory care provider with consistent growth since 2012. We are seeking an outstanding Care Coordinator to join our dedicated, smart, and caring team.

Overview

As a Care Coordinator you will work closely under the Health and Wellness Director and Memory Care Director to plan resident care, oversee operations, and monitor resident health routines. The role requires leadership of care staff, compliance with regulations, and support of resident health and wellness.

Base Pay Range

$27.00/hr – $30.00/hr.

Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, lead and mentor CNAs and Caregivers
  • Fill in as needed and provide floor support to Care Staff and Med Techs
  • Assure team is in compliance with regulations governing resident care
  • Create schedules and approve timecards
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of caregiving experience in Assisted Living
  • Active CNA or HCA license in Washington state
  • At least 2 years of management/leadership experience
  • Scheduling experience strongly preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
