Health and Wellness Director – Stellar Senior Living – Redmond, WA

Pay Range: $82,000 – $87,000 per year (annually).

Location: Redmond, WA.

Stellar Senior Living is a premier assisted living and memory care provider in the Western United States, founded in 2012. We are growing and seek top talent to join our team.

We are seeking a Health and Wellness Director to lead our assisted living and memory care departments and ensure exceptional care for our residents.

• Oversee daily operations of assisted living and memory care departments.
• Hire, train, and develop the care team.
• Provide leadership and direction to the management team, including the Memory Care Director, Care Coordinator, administrators, and nurses.
• Work directly with residents to evaluate needs and services, communicate accurately, and document resident status in the electronic care system.
• Oversee medical technicians and delegate nurse duties to unlicensed personnel.
• Perform other leadership duties as needed.

• Passion for working with seniors.
• Strong leadership skills and experience creating high‑performing care teams.
• Current CNA license.
• Experience in assisted living, geriatric nursing, gerontology, andiense dementia care.
• Proven budgeting and cost‑control skills.
• Knowledge of service plans, medication management systems, infection control practices, and safety procedures.
• Strong teamwork, empowerment, and responsiveness to residents.
