Clinic Director Physical Therapist

Advantage Physical Therapy is a PT-owned, two-clinic practice serving the Sammamish and Redmond communities. As our practice continues to grow, we are hiring Clinic Directors for openings in both locations.

You will receive direct mentorship from our owner with 30+ years of experience, offered through a hands‑off, supportive approach that promotes independence, confidence, and professional growth.

We are known for 45-minute one-on-one sessions, excellent outcomes, and a culture that values autonomy, clinical excellence, and long-term development.

This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned clinician ready to step into leadership—or an experienced director seeking a high-quality, low‑corporate‑pressure environment.

• Lead day-to-day clinic operations and support a collaborative team
• Provide individualized orthopedic care in a true one-on-one model
• Mentor and develop PTs, PTAs, and support staff
• Work closely with the leadership team to ensure consistency and excellence across clinics
• Utilize dedicated administrative time each week for leadership duties, planning, and staff support
• Drive clinic productivity, efficiency, and patient satisfaction
• Contribute to clinic growth, community engagement, and culture development

• WA State Physical Therapy License (required)
• 3+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience (preferred)
• Leadership or Clinic Director experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong manual therapy skills or willingness to develop them
• Organized, self-motivated, and committed to high-quality patient care
