Job Title: Senior Project Manager, Digital Diplomacy (Vendor Role)
Location: Fully Remote (EST or PST preferred; high preference for candidates able to work in New York, NY; Washington, DC; or Redmond, WA)
This vendor role involves driving impactful projects related to global cyber and AI policy
, engaging multiple stakeholders, and turning strategic goals into actionable outcomes.
Duration: 9 Months (with potential extension to 12-18 months)
Pay Range: $37.50 – $42.50 per hour

The successful candidate will operate in a fast-paced environment
, collaborating across regions and functions to support initiatives that promote responsible cybersecurity and AI security practices.
Policy Execution and Advocacy: Translate strategic policy objectives into detailed work plans, coordinate stakeholder inputs, and support external communications and advocacy efforts.
Coalition and Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with industry coalitions, trade associations, and government partners; facilitate joint initiatives and public statements.
Thought Leadership: Develop briefs, consultation responses, white papers, and support Microsoft’s participation in global policy dialogues.
Events and Convenings: Organize and execute meetings, round tables, and public events that foster cooperation among policymakers, industry leaders, and civil society.
Skills and Attributes- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
, capable of engaging senior and cross-sector stakeholders. - Strong understanding of geopolitics

, and digital governance
; familiarity with multilateral processes is advantageous. - Proven experience in program/project management across multiple work streams with tight deadlines.

- Experience: 4-6 years in international affairs
