• Client Overview:
  We are hiring for a client that focuses on computing and hardware for Microsoft's Azure Quantum, a comprehensive and open cloud ecosystem for quantum computing.
• Role
  
  Summary:
  
  As a Hardware Project Manager, you will contribute to the development and delivery of designs and specifications for a program in collaboration with a US government agency. You will also provide project management support for hardware and test measurement equipment.

• Develop and manage project budget, plans, timelines, and scope
• Procure project staff and provide coaching and guidance
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define business requirements and engineering development plans
• Facilitate communication within multiple layers of computing systems
• Ensure the use of appropriate project management processes

MUST‑Have Skills and

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering (preferably in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering)
• 2‑4 years of experience in project management or R&D engineering management
• Experience using ADO and JAMA
• Familiarity with test and measurement equipment

Preferred Skills and

Qualifications:

• Previous experience at Microsoft or Amazon
• Past work experience with US government projects
