• Test, troubleshoot, maintain Ericsson (legacy Nortel) & NOKIA (legacy ALU) MGCFs in the lab.
• Investigate issues in call failures in the network and design and develop fixes as needed.
• Design and develop MGCF functionality as part of IMS network, including routers and billing capabilities as needed.
• Lead in Inter
  
  OP testing (IOT) working with multiple vendors.
• Provision and upgrade MGCF‑associated IP routers.
• Maintain operational stability of legacy Nortel (now Ericsson) equipment (MGCF) in the lab.
• Monitor, investigate & rectify alarms on network elements.
• Provision network elements & required data fill as required (MGCFC/MGW).
• Provide weekly report on equipment status & activity.
• Administer, manage & support backup & the backup server.

• Pay Range Minimum: $100,000 / year
• Pay Range Maximum: $120,000 / year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance‑based bonuses subject to company policies.
