Join a dynamic team as a Hardware Validation Engineer, where you will play a critical role in the test and validation of analog, digital, and embedded sub‑systems for cutting‑edge products. This position requires close collaboration with design and integration teams to ensure the highest quality and functionality of hardware components.
Responsibilities- Perform test and validation of analog, digital, and embedded sub‑systems.
- Collaborate closely with design and integration teams to ensure seamless product functionality.
- Conduct hardware verification and electrical engineering tasks.
- Design and troubleshoot PCB layouts, conduct power supply and analog circuit testing.
- Write and execute test plans for microcontrollers, SOCs, FPGAs, and electric motors.
- Debug and analyze high‑speed and RF hardware systems.
- Strong validation experience in hardware systems.
- Proficiency in hardware verification, electrical engineering, and PCB design.
- Experience in power supply testing and analog circuit analysis.
- Expertise in writing test plans and conducting hardware tests for microcontrollers, SOCs, FPGAs, and RF components.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug board‑level electrical circuits.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in board‑level design verification for aerospace, automotive, or consumer electronics.
- Experience developing requirements, plans, and procedures for product design verification.
- Hands‑on soldering skills with both through‑hole and surface‑mount components.
This role is based onsite in Redmond, WA, offering the opportunity to impact the release of a satellite constellation project. Enjoy 6 paid holidays and 10 days of PTO annually, with an open statement of work and no tenure limit.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.
