You will lead end‑to‑end qualification testing initiatives for hardware components that drive next‑generation technology infrastructure. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, procurement, and testing facilities to ensure on‑time, high‑quality qualification of critical components.

• Own, manage, and drive the end‑to‑end component qualification process.
• Execute program management for qualification testing, including product configuration, hardware quantity determination, purchase tracking, and testing facility capacity.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timely qualifications, meeting production and non‑production requirements within the current supply environment.
• Lead component qualification requests, scheduling, and prioritization with stakeholders across the supply chain organization.
• Partner with engineering teams to track pre‑qualification activities and streamline downstream processes.
• Work with program leads on automation, process efficiency projects, and component qualification resolution.
• Forge relationships with engineers and technical teams involved in hardware component testing.
• Lead weekly virtual team meetings to update and track progress and status of qualifications.
• Interface with new product introduction and product qualification teams.
• Collaborate with non‑production and spares lifecycle management teams to define spares qualification requirements.
• Develop and implement analytics to measure key performance indicators and drive operational efficiency.
• Utilize data visualization and project management tools to create dashboards for leadership communication.
• Contribute to process and system efficiency improvements to reduce qualification cycle time.

• BS/BA degree in Electrical Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Economics.
• 3–5 years of related work experience in program management, qualification testing, manufacturing operations, or supply chain.

• Strong background in Supply Chain Operations.
• Proven experience in Program Management.
• Familiarity with hardware management in large‑scale technology environments.
• Expertise in strategic planning.
