and Development Project Manager - Consulting at a Fortune 50 Company
  • Design and implement skilling strategies, learning pathways, and workshops tailored to diverse learners.
  • Develop and curate training content focused on:
    • Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot capabilities
    • Power Platform tools:
      Power Apps, Power Automate, and other low‑code/no‑code solutions
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners (NGOs, non‑profits, and public sector organizations) to assess training needs and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Track learner engagement, outcomes, and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with product advancements and integrate new features into training content.
  • Act as a trusted advisor in skilling and digital transformation initiatives.
Core Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred in Education, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in learning & development, digital skilling, or technical enablement.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working with:
    • Microsoft Azure (Foundry, Purview, Fabric)
    • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Ability to design and deliver technical training for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills; adept at engaging diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and within collaborative, fast‑moving teams.
Preferred:
Skills
  • Certifications in Azure, Power Platform, or Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Experience working with nonprofit, philanthropic, or public sector organizations.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
