Lake Washington School District Extended Day Program is seeking qualified candidates for district wide Program Facilitator positions.
Summary: Directly responsible for the implementation of the daily classroom program.
Details: 183 day working calendar;
Hours Per Day: 7.0 / 35 hours per week;
Split
Shift: 6:15am-9:30am / 3:20pm-6:30pm;
Wednesday only 6:15am-9:30am / 1:50pm-6:30pm. Shift subject to change.
Location:
Extended Day Instructional Assistants are subject to location changes depending on the needs of the program.
Hourly Rate: $26.62 (SC11 Salary Schedule). Position is eligible for membership in the Lake Washington Service Employees International Union.
Program: The Extended Day Program offers high quality childcare before and after school for elementary age students within the district. Activities include homework completion, sports and recreation, arts and crafts, games, reading, storytelling, listening to music, and watching movies.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Must hold an Associate degree (AA) or higher OR have completed two years of study equivalent to 72 college quarter credit hours, OR have passed an Educational Testing Service Para Pro Assessment documenting a score of 455 or higher, OR have passed the Pearson Paraprofessional Assessment with a score of 220 or higher. Official documentation will be required upon hire.
