Shift: subject to change. Typically row: full 7‑hour work days Monday‑Thursday and 3‑hour work days on Fridays.

$28.07/hour. Eligible for membership in Teamsters Local Union No. 763 and part of the Lake网络学校District Trades Bargaining Council No. 763 (TBC).
Job SummaryAssists teachers with individualized and small group instruction for students of all educational levels who have physical or behavioral needs or are medically fragile. Supports students’ special health care needs and develops daily living and behavioral skills. Assists staff with classroom preparation, retrieval, use and storage of equipment and supplies. May supervise and assist students in library, classrooms, resource rooms, self‑contained classroom, playgrounds, or bus pickup/drop‑off.
Education and Experience Requirements- Must hold an Associate degree (AA) or higher, OR have completed two years of study (72 college quarter credit hours), OR have passed an Educational Testing Service Para Pro Assessment with a score of 455 or higher, OR have passed the Pearson Paraprofessional Assessment with a score of 220 or higher. Official documentation will be required upon hire.

If the start date for this position is February 1 or later, the container is School‑Year Only. The contract ends at the conclusion of the current school year. Depending on 2026–2027 staffing needs, hires may be offered an additional role after the 2026–2027 school year.
