Ride With The Gods - Instructor Positions (Summer 2026)

We are looking for windsurf, wingfoil and kitesurf instructors and a beach assistant for the upcoming summer season (May 10 to October 10, 2026).

• 1. Windsurf Instructor (with additional wingfoil/kitesurf teaching) – responsible for teaching windsurf, wingfoil or kitesurf to private individuals or groups (up to 3 persons, adults or kids) in side/side offshore flat conditions with average wind 18‑25 knots. Duties include building confidence in total beginners and advancing riders in water starting, power jibes, fast tacks, etc.
• 2. Windsurf Instructors (2 positions) – available July‑August 2026 and August 2026 respectively.
• 3. Beach Assistant – support operations during the season.

• English‑speaking; preference for speaking German, French, Italian or Greek.
• Valid EU passport required.
• Good physical condition – able to carry equipment such as windsurfing/wingfoil boards (10‑14 kg).
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience; valid power‑boat licence is a plus.

• Monthly fixed salary + percentages from each lesson.
• Shared accommodation.
• Insurance.
• Discounts for food and beverage at our beach café.
