Shamrock Montessori is seeking a dedicated, flexible, and nurturing Floater Teacher to join our team of educators.

Shamrock Montessori School is seeking an energetic, caring and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our Montessori community. Our ideal candidate is someone who loves nurturing young children, values Christian principles, and is passionate about supporting each child’s spiritual, emotional, and developmental growth.

Shamrock is a warm, child-centered Montessori school serving children ages 2 months - 6 years. We believe in fostering independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning in every child. Our team is collaborative, supportive, and deeply committed to Montessori principles.

• Providing a loving, safe, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants (ages 8 weeks–18 months)
• Supporting the Montessori philosophy and the school’s mission and values
• Partnering with parents and colleagues to foster each child’s individual growth
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and peaceful classroom environment

• Experience working with infants in an early childhood setting (Montessori experience a plus)
• Warm, patient, and dependable
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Commitment to positive guidance and working as a team player
