Global Inflight Products (GIP) is on a mission to bring premium, eco-conscious inflight products to airlines worldwide. We have are adding an Industrial Product Designer for immediate start.

Who:
For early career professionals with a sharp eye for detail, 3D rendering skills, and a desire to work at the intersection of aviation, consumer products, and sustainability.

Qualifications:

• 1 year professional experience Industrial Product Design
• 1 year professional experience in 3D modeling, rendering and prototyping
• Fluent in Excel, Microsoft 360, CAD software, Co-pilot, Adobe Illustrator (or similar)
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Exposure to sustainable product development and/or aviation industry is a big plus.
• Strong communication ability to work in cross-functional teams (design, sourcing, marketing).

Qualified candidates will have a 2 step interview process. First round will be a introductory video call and the second round will be in office with the General Manager. We look forward to getting to know candidates in a respectful process.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with our sales, source and marketing teams concerning product specifications
• Participate in client tenders
• Manage product improvements for current portfolio
• Innovate new product offerings (material, design, sustainability)
• Work under the direction of the Chairman to advance special projects
• Create product presentations
• Prototype testing and product quality assessments
• Communications with manufacturing supply chain
• Graphic Design requests for digital product or digital twin copies

What We Offer

• Starting salary: $45,000–$65,000 based on experience
