Role/Responsibilities- Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management Skills
- Strong customer engagement and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to understand customer business goals and translate them into technical execution
- Experience handling escalations (Sev‑1/Sev‑2) and customer‑critical issues
- Partnering with Product Engineering, Support, and Delivery teams to unblock issues
- Good understanding of cloud platforms (Azure / M365 / SaaS workloads)
- Managing SLAs, response times, and customer satisfaction metrics
Pay Range Minimum: $42.00 per hour
Pay Range Maximum: $45.00 per hour

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
