Overview
Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support quality and customer-facing activities. This role provides administrative and coordination support, serves as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, and works closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support including data compilation, reporting, and document processing
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and filing systems
- Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to quality support
- Coordinate responses and follow-ups with internal teams
- Track and document customer interactions and service timelines
- Support resolution of product-related issues and quality processes
Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant administrative, quality, or customer support experience
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to work on-site within defined procedures and workflows
