Graphic Designer - Presentation Design

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Graphic Designer - Presentation Design in Redmond, WA. The PowerPoint Design Team is seeking a skilled designer to craft high-quality PowerPoint templates, slides, and visual systems that support our AI model. This role blends creative expertise with speed and scalability, ensuring designs meet brand and accessibility standards while enabling innovative, experimental projects. This candidate will influence how our AI evolves by creating assets and visual frameworks that guide its outputs toward clarity, quality, and creativity.

Through close collaboration with design leads and innovators, you'll help set standards, refine processes, and deliver solutions that empower millions of users to achieve polished, professional results effortlessly.

• Design and develop presentation templates, slide layouts, and visual components for Power Point
• Create polished, on‑brand designs that balance aesthetics, clarity, and functionality
• Support experimental projects through asset creation
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility and inclusive standards
• Deliver high‑volume design output with fast turnaround times while maintaining quality

• 2-4 years of professional presentation design experience (presentation or template creation strongly preferred)
• Strong PowerPoint design experience
• Hands on experience designing actual content and templates in PowerPoint (not UX, product, motion, or web design) (will not be training this position on how to make PowerPoint templates, they should already be familiar)
• A portfolio demonstrating strong multi‑page and PowerPoint design judgment, with a deep understanding of presentation layout, hierarchy, and quality
• Strong foundation in typography, layout, color, and composition
• Familiarity with AI‑driven design tools and emerging technologies
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and ability to design clear charts and tables
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Skilled in translating concepts into high‑quality visual designs
• Proven ability to design presentations and multi‑page formats
• Ability to explore diverse visual styles, including crafting complex or unconventional design ideas
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to evolving guidelines, pivot as projects change, and embrace continuous improvement
• Ability to take feedback in stride and iterate quickly to improve outcomes
• Comfort with modern AI tools and platforms, including image generation prompts
• Comfort operating in experimental spaces and shaping emerging standards

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
