Overview
Our client, industry leader in construction and infrastructure development, is seeking a Construction Site Contracts Manager 5 to join their team. As a Construction Site Contracts Manager 5, you will be part of the project management department supporting construction operations and contract administration. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Construction Site Contracts Manager
Location: Redmond, WA
Pay Range: $66.83 - $73.51
Responsibilities- Review and assist with the preparation of Scope of Work documents for construction projects
- Establish negotiation plans and conduct or participate in contract negotiations
- Manage the RFx process, including commercial evaluations and pre-bid meetings
- Process change orders, RFIs, and submittals to ensure project compliance
- Communicate regularly with the home office regarding contract management matters and project updates
- 10+ years of experience in procurement and contract administration within construction or related fields
- Strong understanding of contract requirements and the preparation of RFxs/RFIs
- Ability to build and maintain successful supplier and cross-functional relationships
- Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication, influencing, and persuasion skills
