Job Title:
Construction Site Contracts Manager 4
Location:
Redmond , WA
Salary Range: $70/hr - $85/hr on W2 Introduction
Join our team to manage the RFPs and Change Orders for Data Center Projects. We are looking for a self-driven and motivated individual with experience in managing GC RFPs. Experience with Microsoft projects is preferred.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly on W2.
- Experience in managing GC RFPs.
- Hands-on experience with Ariba.
Skills & Qualifications .
- Proven track record of working fast and with accuracy.
- Knowledge of contract management and compliance procedures.
- Prepare and coordinate RFP packages, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
- Manage bidder RFIs and coordinate stakeholder responses.
- Track procurement schedules and ensure timely execution of processes.
- Facilitate negotiations and document sessions.
- Monitor GC compliance with contract terms and support dispute resolution.
