- Lead and manage operational projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Utilize tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Visio, and Word to track performance metrics, develop reports, and create process documentation.
- Drive project timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and resource coordination.
- Analyze current processes and identify areas for efficiency and improvement.
- Prepare and present executive-level reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
- Support change management activities and adoption strategies.
- 4-8 years of professional experience in project or operations management roles.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
- Experience building dashboards or reports in Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Demonstrated success managing operations or programs in large enterprise environments.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or other Project Management certifications are highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field; master's degree is a plus.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working with leading tech companies such as Microsoft or Google is highly regarded.
Competitive Salary:
Approximately $162,000 - $183,000 annually, based on a $65-$75 per hour rate.
