Join our dynamic team as a Business Analyst, where you will play a critical role in managing budgets and headcount for our client groups. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while aligning with PST core hours, providing flexibility across any US time zone.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on a W2 basis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
  • Experience in analyzing business trends and projecting future revenues and expenses.
  • Familiarity with computer applications, such as Word and Excel; experience with enterprise applications is a plus.
Preferred

Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience managing budget or finance within a large organization is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with allocation rules is a plus.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Lead budget and headcount management for two client groups.
  • Collaborate with team leadership to prioritize headcount and budget needs.
  • Manage and track team spend, including quarterly forecast cycles, monthly close reporting, and accruals.
  • Approve project budgets and expenditures, and monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets.
  • Work with engagement managers to ensure purchase orders are opened on time and aligned to budget forecasts.
  • Predict potential budget overruns and offer solutions.
  • Prioritize incremental and backfill headcount requests in collaboration with General Managers and organizational headcount teams.
