Role OverviewAs a Senior Product Manager – Tech on the Amazon LEO team, you will create and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for technical products and services. You will own critical features and customer experience, working cross‑functionally with engineering, design, operations, finance, and executives to envision, develop, and launch innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the product line life cycle from inception to launch.
- Understand and articulate customer needs, conduct ongoing research, and prioritize feature requirements.
- Synthesize wired and wireless technologies to define cutting‑edge products for customers.
- Advocate for the customer and provide the voice of the customer in all decisions.
- Inspire the team with product vision and work cross‑functionally to bring the product to life.
- Write detailed business and product requirement documents, define use cases, features, KPIs, and drive trade‑off discussions with development teams.
- Create business cases and strategy documents, determine product ASIN and release strategy.
- Serve as product expert assisting marketing with collateral, presentations, whitepapers, and participating in business development customer meetings.
Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience owning or driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with feature delivery and product trade‑offs.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and product strategy.
- Experience managing technical products or online services.
- Experience representing and advocating for critical customers and stakeholders during executive‑level prioritization and planning.
- Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, or Quick Sight.
- Experience building and driving adoption of new tools.

The base salary range for this position is $ – $ USD annually in USA, WA, Redmond. Compensation includes sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
