CTDO Office and Capital Markets are combined into one department, serving as a cornerstone of Syst Immune’s future development. The role supports the Director of CTDO Office and Capital Markets (“Department Head”) and works closely with senior management, presenting challenges and learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Execution
    • Support the execution of CTDO’s decisions and plans set by the Department Head.
    • Track progress on key priorities, ensuring accountability and performance.
    • Arrange meetings, prepare presentations, and manage external engagements for the management team.
    • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance departmental efficiency and focus.
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination
    • Support the Department Head in aligning and collaborating across leadership, departments, and across the US and China.
    • Assist with cross‑functional projects such as new office setup, integrated OA system, IPO, M&A, fundraising, and partnerships.
    • Ensure smooth information flow among multiple departments and countries.
  • IR, PR and global conferences
    • Prepare board meeting agendas, materials, and follow‑ups.
    • Build and maintain strong investor and partner relationships for CTDO.
    • Plan, arrange, and execute global conference logistics (e.g., ESMO, ASCO, WCLC, JPM Health).
  • Others
    • Additional tasks as assigned based on performance and potential.
Qualifications
  • Work Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of full‑time work experience in investment banking, strategic consultancy, or biotech/pharmaceutical companies.
    • Preferred background in management‑level offices.
    • No specific industry background required, but familiarity with biotech and pharmaceutical companies is essential.
  • Education
    • Master’s degree required; MBA highly preferred.
    • Background in general management, business strategy, or finance preferred.
  • Language Skills
    • Exceptional command of English and Chinese, with strong writing, listening, and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to consistently deliver clear, concise, and accurate messages in all contexts.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected base salary range for this position is $90,000 – $150,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and skills. While most offers fall within the low to mid‑point of the range, we may extend an offer toward the higher end for exceptional candidates whose background and expertise exceeds the requirements of the role.
