This direct contract position will work under a flexible work model remotely in LATAM. Candidates must reside within one hour’s drive of a major airport.
WHO YOU AREWe’re seeking a high‑impact, multilingual sales leader to spearhead growth across Latin America. In this role, you will lead a multi‑disciplinary team, drive enterprise and channel sales, and shape strategies that expand our market presence and accelerate revenue. You’ll be a player‑coach who develops talent, builds executive relationships, and closes complex deals directly and through partners—delivering consistent, measurable results.

This direct contractor role can be based remotely or in a hybrid arrangement in Latin America. Travel up to 35% is expected for customer, partner, and team engagements, and therefore we are looking for candidates who live within one hour’s drive of a major airport.
WHAT YOU WILL DOReady to Lead Latin America?
Leadership & Team Development- Provide clear strategic vision that aligns regional sales goals with Seagull’s objectives.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse regional team to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Set clear goals and operating rhythms (1:1s, pipeline reviews, forecast calls) that drive execution and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent; establish a performance culture grounded in coaching, clarity, and accountability.
- Act as the executive sponsor and player‑coach on complex pursuits—leading deal strategy, value articulation, negotiation, and closing.
- Drive direct enterprise sales in strategic accounts while partnering with resellers to accelerate and maximize outcomes.
- Expand key accounts through multi‑solution, multi‑year strategies; deepen relationships across executive and technical stakeholders.
- Enable, motivate, and manage key channel partners to achieve joint pipeline and revenue goals.
- Participate in partner deal cycles for strategic opportunities—co‑selling, deal coaching, and executive alignment.
- Grow the ecosystem by identifying, recruiting, and activating new partners in priority market segments.
- Build and execute a regional business plan that drives new logo acquisition, account expansion, and partner growth.
- Run disciplined pipeline, forecast, and deal reviews; maintain forecast accuracy and coverage aligned to targets.
