Restoration Carpenter

Rainbow International of Central Oregon is a family

oriented, full-service disaster restoration company looking for an experienced

restoration carpenter.

Our IICRC-certified technicians respond quickly to remediate

structural damage from fire, smoke, mold, and water. We also perform any

reconstruction needed to get our customers back to pre-loss condition as soon

as possible, for start-to-finish restoration.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform basic interior and exterior repair, remodel or new construction carpentry work as assigned including demolition and clean up
• Always maintain a safe and clean job site
• Manage your own project, with appropriate schedules and time-frames
• Must be a self-starter who overcomes obstacles and resolves issues or problems
• Follow any plans or blueprints provided for the project
• Pick-up supplies and materials before each work day
• Communication with clients throughout the project, documenting meaningful decisions
• Demonstrate good judgement, high ethical standards, and reliability
• Organize and maintain a company vehicle and shop space
• Input job notes and client conversations into company system

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years remodeling carpentry experience
• Must have your own tools
• Must be able to work 40-hour weeks, full time (7:30a-4p)
• Must be able to lift 75-80 lbs without assistance
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass a background check

Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour with on-call bonuses and overtime available.
