• Inspect incoming parts.
• Rack and/or hang parts.
• Ensure proper application of powder coat technique and product quality.
• Machine set up and operations. Adjust equipment to ensure correct paint application paths and material application thicknesses.
• Inspect completed parts.
• Wrap completed parts when necessary.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance, including cleaning paint booths, spray guns and lines.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.

• Communicates effectively in written and spoken form.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
• Exhibits strong decision making and analytical problem solving abilities.
• Demonstrates strong multi‑tasking capabilities and organizational skills.
• Works effectively in a team environment.
• Works effectively in a fast‑paced high‑pressure environment.

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Sit or stand for up to 95 percentaña of work hours.
• Periodic visits to the manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
