• Create labels, from data collection to kitting, for all units, certain Intel BMC jobs, and requests from Individuals and Departments.
• Regulations on what needs to be labeled, the information on those labels, and different specifications of the labels is found in the UL508A book, standards we have made, the Submittal, and the Electrical Drawings.
• The UL508a is the regulating body that our company uses.

• Keep track of schedule/kitting email notifications to know when to start the labeling process for a specific unit. Prioritize jobs and complete all duties with no supervision.
• Understand Submittals, data sheets, P&’s, and Electrical Drawings (and occasionally Piping Drawings as they pertain to tagging).
• Distinguish the pertinent information regarding labeling in the above documents, based on our standards, UL508a regulations, and a basic understanding of what we do and do not tag.
• Perform data collection and note taking in an Excel Sheet Template and complete a Checklist of all the labels required for the unit, including any caution and warning labels required by UL508a.
• Design labels in Corel
  
  DRAW and Microsoft Word for standard and unit‑specific labels, including vinyl printer labels and UL Data labels.
• Operate the Trotec 360 Laser Engraver, maintaining and cleaning it, and run the Vision Rotary Engraver as a backup for older labels.
• Clean each label after it comes off the engravers.
• Kit each unit’s labels according to the checklist and complete by the specified date on the production schedule.
