Responsible for organizing the production floor, delegating work to team members, ensuring the work area is clean and safe. This hands‑on position requires keen attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team.

• Help organize the floor alongside leads and supervisors to identify what each area needs.
• Ensure work areas are kept clean and organized (taping and marking areas, labeling items, finding proper locations for new items and helping to train on latest improvements to keep new standards).
• Identify issues causing hiccups on the production floor (e.g., items calamely stored or not returned to proper locations).
• Communicate effectively with production floor supervision and leadership to implement continuous improvement changes.
• Help maintain safety standards and implement new changes.

• Exhibits good decision‑making and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrates strong multi‑taskingարին and organizational skills.
• Works effectively in a team environment.
• Works effectively in agraphics high‑pressure environment.

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Sit or stand for up to 95 percent ofjenih work hours.
• Periodic visits to the manufacturing facility with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
