• Complete AAON’s Production Leader Program.
• Lead a team of workers, assigning tasks and providing guidance.
• Motivate and mentor team members to maximize productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with management to ensure production targets are met.
• Allocate resources—including labor, equipment, and materials—to support the production plan.
• Monitor and enforce quality control processes to achieve product standards.
• Investigate and address production and quality-related issues as they arise.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed.
• Conduct safety training and audits, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and improved efficiency.
• Implement changes and oversee process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Coordinate with inventory control teams to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
• Generate regular performance reports, including productivity, quality and efficiency metrics.
• Provide regular updates to management on production status and challenges.
