Seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with manufacturing experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day administrative tasks as well as overseeing production in their area, supervising up to 10 employees.

• Creating preventive maintenance procedures and checklists
• Managing the work order process effectively
• Handling emergencies
• Creating troubleshooting guidelines
• Developing a maintenance strategy to support production operations and the organization
• Scheduling proactive maintenance tasks
• Prioritizing work across the team
• Performing inspections and oversight of maintenance work to ensure quality
• Hiring and training maintenance staff
• Coordinating more complex maintenance work
• Forecasting, ordering, and price negotiation of parts and inventory
• Managing subcontractors and other vendors for specialized maintenance work
• Ensuring the availability of necessary tools and equipment
• Looking for new ways to improve productivity and cut costs
• Supporting the development of company policies and standard operating procedures
