Job Overview

We are looking for a Front Desk Supervisor at Eagle Crest Resort to lead the front desk and provide exceptional guest experiences.

• Greet guests with genuine warmth and ensure smooth check‑ins and check‑outs.
• Handle reservations, VIP requests, and any guest inquiries, keeping guests feeling valued.
• Monitor daily operations: track logs, manage messages and packages, and maintain professionalism and efficiency.
• Analyze rates, packages, and promotions to boost room revenue while providing great value to guests.
• Build and lead a communicative team: train new associates, solve guest and workplace concerns, and maintain safety and standards.

• High School diploma or equivalent (college coursework in a related field is helpful).
• At least 2–3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Compliance with certification requirements (Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, First Aid) may be required.

Eagle Crest is a full‑service destination resort located just outside the city of Redmond on 1,700 acres in the high desert of Central Oregon. The resort lies against the majestic Cascade Mountains near Bend and enjoys over 300 days of sunshine each year with annual rainfall of less than nine inches. Each unit features private bathrooms with free toiletries, satellite TV, a kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, and a coffee machine.
