• Ability and experience teaching Cross Country skills and fundamentals
• Previous middle or high school coaching experience preferred

• First Aid card required for coaching positions
• NFHS training - may be obtained after hired
• Team player, organized, disciplined, responsible, high energy, positive, ethical
• Ability to positively motivate students
