Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Design Trainee to learn all aspects of kitchen design and client consultation. This entry-level role offers hands‑on training with clear advancement opportunities as you develop your skills.

• Learn our systems for tracking and managing client inquiries.
• Shadow experienced designers during client consultations to understand needs assessment.
• Assist with on‑site measurements and learn how to gather specifications for cabinet layouts.
• Document projects with photography and learn portfolio presentation techniques.
• Support client communication and learn to manage design revisions with guidance.

• Eager to learn with no prior design or sales experience necessary.
• Organized, coachable, and committed to developing new skills.
• Friendly communicator who enjoys helping people and working on a team.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $ per year
