TAY Case Manager / Life Coach
Location:
Hybrid – Redlands, CA.
Schedule:
Full Time & Part Time (20 hours). Non-Exempt. Department:
Transitional Age Youth.
Reports to:
Core Program Director I. Pay Range: $22.50 – $24.00/Hour.
Our Redlands office is seeking a Case Manager/Life Youth Coach to provide case management and supportive housing services for up to 12 young adults participating supportive housing programs. Aspiranet’s Transition Age Youth programs offer client‑centered, trauma‑informed assistance that reflects best practice standards. Make a Meaningful ImpactAs a TAY Case Manager/Life Youth Coach with Aspiranet, you will empower young adults (ages 18–25) transitioning from foster care to independent living. Provide personalized support in housing, employment, education, and wellness to build resilience, self‑sufficiency, and long‑term success.

Key Responsibilities- Collaborate to engage youth and support team members in identifying strengths and needs, and develop and implement a service plan.
- Provide weekly case contact and support to assess program compliance, regulatory standards, and progress.
- Conduct assessments and screenings to address identified needs and safety issues via appropriate, timely referrals, follow‑up, and safety planning.
- Education:
Bachelor’s Arts or Science degree in a related field; minimum 2 years of experience working with children and/or transition‑age youth; knowledge of the foster care system. - Licenses &
Certifications:
Meet all state‑required conditions of employment as set by funder and regulatory body;
Fingerprint and Child Abuse Index Clearance; TB/Health Physical; valid CDL and clean driving record.
