Color & Curl Concierge

The Color & Curl Concierge / Colour & Curl Specialist is our ambassador to the industry, demonstrating expertise in color, talent development, technical skills, social media, business, and sales.

In addition to daily sales associate responsibilities, the CCC/CCS maximizes sales by:

• Creating increased customer retention and loyalty
• Building lasting relationships and increasing brand awareness and market share in hair color
• Selling approved beauty products, introducing new products and concepts, providing customer service, and conducting product education both in-store and virtually
• Providing color & curl/texture consulting services to salons, barbers, spas, schools, and licensed cosmetologists

This role focuses on driving the color & curl business and requires extensive education through online learning and certification courses.

Your expertise in Color & Curl/Texture guides your primary responsibilities:

• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and advice
• Communicate with team members regarding calls, visits, orders, and sales progress
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively
• Maintain high standards of merchandising, signage, and store presentation
• Stay informed about trends and market changes, sharing knowledge with partners and adapting sales techniques
• Perform store opening/closing procedures, including cash handling and deposits
• Adhere to company culture values and ethics

• At least one year of retail or sales experience
• Cosmetologist license preferred in the US and Canada
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel for shows and meetings at least 3 times a year
• Strong business acumen and sales reporting skills
• Knowledge of retail systems, visual merchandising, POS applications, and social media platforms
• Flexibility to work additional hours and in different locations as needed
• Excellent time management, communication, and professional presentation skills
• Must pass Color Certification Test within 60 days

Work involves typical safety precautions for offices, stores, and vehicles, including safe equipment use, fire safety, and traffic regulations.
