The Operations Associate's role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. The Operations Associate role is an early morning position and you will work with a team to perform functions prior to store opening.

• Customer Service - You’ll maneuver around the store at a fast pace, working with the latest merchandise. When a customer stops to ask a question or request assistance, you’re the person they want to talk to.
• Executes pricing and signing - You can change ticket prices and signing on merchandise across the store efficiently.
• Replenish and restock the store - You understand customer needs and assist sales floor peers by pulling and preparing merchandise to ensure the right styles and sizes are available.
• Receive and unload merchandise - You work with co-workers to unload a truck and prepare merchandise in the backroom.
• Backroom standards - You keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
• Omnichannel - You contribute to Omnichannel efforts including Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Order Delivery and Returns, Shipping Online Orders, and Merchandise Receiving.
• Merchandise strategy - You follow leadership plans on where to place merchandise and execute the plan with efficiency while maintaining merchandising standards to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Participates in a learning environment - You absorb new information from peers or training materials on merchandise, shrink, safety, productivity, and other processes.

• Work experience:
  
  1-2 years retail experience.
