Base pay range$20.00/hr - $21.00/hr
Position responsibilitiesCashiers provide fast, friendly, accurate and safe service. They process Checkout and/or Return transactions, monitor the Self-Checkout area, and assist customers with product knowledge and selling opportunities. They follow policies to minimize shrink. A Head Cashier may assist by expediting price checks, approving POS transactions and markdowns for mainline registers, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services, and Tool Rental. They provide first level escalation for customer issues and assist in supervision, coaching and training of Front End Associates.
QualificationsThe preferred qualification for a Head Cashier is 1+ years of Cashier experience.
