Bartender

About the Role

As an Applebee's Bartender, you will be mixing outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, so that you and the servers can deliver the best drinks possible. You need to be friendly to both staff and customers, make fantastic drinks according to established standards, and create a great bar experience. You will work hard but have a great time doing it!

• Must be at least 21 years old (per state law).
• Be able to effectively communicate with others.
• Be committed to making an impact.

• Must remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours.
• Must safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 lbs.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift.
• Must speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
• Must wear protective hand coverings throughout the entire shift.
• Must work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the entire shift.
• Must wear protective face coverings and/or masks as required.
• Must frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift.
